I gave the hair a healthy dye, wash, trim and fitting, and wow!!!.. the quality of the hair is phenomenal, you can tell it's single donor. It is silky straight, no frizz or uneven lengths, it was actually true to length. I was wary about the cap, but with all the adjustment features you added, it fits so nicely and snug. And you've been just amazing with communication and getting back to me.
